Redesigned Design

Industrial designer Christoph Behling skillfully reinvented and updated the Geberit Sigma50 actuation plate. While the outer proportions and button sizes remain unchanged, the new plate accentuates its surface with a greater sense of lightness. The metallic borders have been deliberately removed, giving the plate the appearance of floating in the air against the wall.

The materials are meticulously crafted, as seen in the details. The edges of the safety glass are not straight but carefully rounded. The two dual-flush aluminum buttons are slightly curved, giving them a modern and contemporary look. The brushed and polished finish on the button contours demonstrates the care taken in material treatment.

Minimum Thickness

Once installed, the new Geberit Sigma50 plate protrudes only 13.5 mm from the wall. This actuation plate is available in white, black, chocolate, brushed chrome, and other colors.
