Advantages of the Geberit Float Valve
The float valve is probably the most sophisticated part of the cistern. After extensive testing in our acoustic laboratory, we have precisely identified and examined the noise nuisances caused by traditional float valves. Ultimately, the water supply has been specially designed to minimize noise propagation in the supply line. The extended down tube also allows for silent filling below the water level. The Geberit Unifill has received the acoustic class certification.
To enhance this near-silent soundproofing quality, Geberit actuation systems are mounted on small rubber seals that dampen the noise produced by mechanical elements when pressure is applied to the control plate.

The cisterns have been designed and tested to withstand loads of 400 kg.
