Advantages of the Geberit flush mount
- Monocoque concealed tank seamless in HDPE
- The shell which constitutes the base of the hunting frame is molded in one piece by a blow molding process. The absence of welding ensures its solidity, which is an important advantage for recessed installations. For optimized reliability, the hulls are subjected, one by one, to watertightness tests. This ensures that there are no hidden defects in the hull body. It must also be able to withstand external pressure. It is therefore equipped with several reinforcements, placed from the inside, which prevent any deformation of the tank during installation.

Geberit float valve - For silent operation
The float valve is probably the most elaborate part of the tank. Following very extensive tests carried out in our acoustic laboratory, we have identified and precisely examined the noise pollution caused by conventional float valves. Finally, the water inlet was specially designed to minimize the propagation of noise in the supply line. The extended drop tube also allows silent filling below the water level. Of acoustic class, Geberit Unifill has received the NF mark.
In order to reinforce this near-silent quality of soundproofing, Geberit trigger systems are mounted on small rubber gaskets that muffle the noise produced by the mechanical elements when pressure is applied to the control plate.
